    Today, more and more businesses are heeding the call to address grand challenges like climate change, gender and racial inequality, and poverty. McGill’s Social Business & Enterprise concentration will challenge you to reconceptualize strategy development and implementation with a focus on the environment, economic development, corporate social responsibility, and social impact.

    As a Social Business & Enterprise student, you’ll develop a comprehensive set of management skills, encompassing cross-sectoral collaboration and social entrepreneurship. The concentration complements concentrations and majors in other Management areas, adding a holistic and integrated perspective.

    Applicants are reviewed on their high school transcript with particular emphasis on yearly averages and results in prerequisite subjects (prerequisite subjects must have been completed during the last two years of high school).

    Bologna-signatory countries

    McGill welcomes qualified applicants from throughout Europe, including from schools in Bologna signatory countries. Applicants will be considered for admission into McGill degree programs of similar duration as those at comparable, research-intensive universities in Europe. Accordingly, qualified applicants to the faculties of Arts, Education, and Management at McGill, with a Bologna-compliant diploma that leads to a three-year undergraduate program in Europe, will be admissible to a three-year program at McGill. Students in Management will be required to complete additional mathematics coursework.
