Overview Beginning freshman year, students gain hands-on experience working with professional artists, technicians and stage-managers in the classroom and on the many shows produced by the conservatory's four companies at the Pittsburgh Playhouse.This pre-professional training program provides students a strong foundation in all aspects of theatre art while simultaneously concentrating on a particular form of design.
