    About Diploma of Science (International)

    The Diploma of Science provides guaranteed* entry into the second year of a Bachelor of Science or first year of a Bachelor of Marine Science at the University of Wollongong (UOW).

    You will gain the skills to succeed in your UOW bachelor and explore various concepts and skills in a variety of fundamental science disciplines. You will also graduate with a Higher Education Diploma to help get you into the workforce while completing your bachelor's degree.

    Entry Requirements

    Academic Entry Requirements

    Minimum ATAR 35 or equivalent

    Assumed knowledge and recommended studies

    Year 12 HSC Mathematics Advanced (any result) OR Year 12 HSC Mathematics Standard 2 ≥60%.

    Applicants who do not meet the 'Assumed Knowledge and Recommended Studies' requirement for this course are advised to complete an additional subject - please refer to the Course Outline for further details.
