About Master of Computational Engineering

The interdisciplinary degree programme Master of Science in Computational Engineering (CE) deals with the modelling and simulation of technical and physical systems. Courses in mathematics, mechanics, civil engineering and geodesy, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering and information technology, and computer science in the field of computational engineering sciences will also be included in the programme. A comprehensive selection of elective courses in each area as well as a specialisation in a specific applied subject allow the incorporation of individual student interests. A mentoring system supports each student during this process. It is also possible to spend a semester abroad studying or working towards the Masters thesis.

You must pass the “Deutsche Sprachprüfung für den Hochschulzugang” (DSH-2) as evidence that your spoken and written command of the German language is adequate for Bachelor’s and Master’s degree programmes for which the language of instruction is German.

Participating in the DSH at the Studienkolleg is subject to charge.
