    About Master of Biogeosciences

The interaction between the geosphere, hydrosphere, and biosphere is the main focus of the Master of Science in Biogeosciences. This natural science programme emphasizes the processes involved in the transfer of toxic substances from minerals through ground water and surface water into the biological system. The interdisciplinary nature of the programme allows students to acquire a great deal of useful knowledge, as the transfer processes between geological and biological systems have not yet been thoroughly explored.
