In a global economy where companies of all sizes seek to expand beyond domestic borders and penetrate new markets, building an awareness of the legal environment in which these companies operate requires us to look beyond our national laws to grasp the cross-border context in which legal issues arise in business life.
The LL.M. in International and European Business Law offers a comprehensive list of modules exploring the complex legal issues surrounding international business, commercial and financial services law.
