Delivered on campus across its Al-Salt and Main Site campuses in Amman, Jordan, the program is taught in English and takes 4 years to complete.     The program aims to develop students' mental and intellectual abilities in understanding model construction contracts, achieved by studying and analyzing common model contracts. This can be attained through analytical and professional thinking, enabling the student to identify the strengths and weaknesses of models by reviewing practical problems in the management and implementation of contracts. In addition, it prepares legal specialists and engineers to understand legal rules governing/regulating construction contracts, their practical/scientific applications & disputes, and methods to avoid/settle them. Moreover, it focuses on developing legislation related to construction and Alternative Dispute Resolutions nationally and internationally.
