About the course

With this degree you explore the information and organisation structures used in business and gain knowledge and skills in exploiting existing software alongside designing and developing information systems.
In your first year you gain a bedrock of knowledge about databases and computer networks; the mathematics of computational thinking and data; and programming and data structures. You then develop and consolidate your understanding in areas such as data engineering retrieval and presentation; data mining; data management; systems development; and artificial intelligence.
