Real Estate - BSc (Hons) at University of South Wales

After your degree, you'll be in high demand, with employers in the public sector such health, housing, and private commercial real estate firms seeking your skills. Graduates may start their own real estate businesses once they gain Chartered Surveyor status . You'll also be able to work towards corporate membership of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and apply for The Assessment of Professional Competence (APC), as your degree meets the technical knowledge.

Many of our Real Estate students take advantage of a sandwich year, where they complete a full year’s work placement, honing and developing their professional skills. Whether you study full- or part-time, you’ll have a dedicated placement officer to help you secure the right work experience for you. 

You’ll also have access to advice from the Careers and Employability Service throughout your studies and after you graduate to help you refine your CV and support with job applications.
