Earn a Top-Ranked Master's Degree with Flexible Enrollment Options:

    • Residential Format: Traditional face-to-face format in which students reside on campus for the fall and spring terms; summer term delivered fully online. The summer start enables a Brown transcript in time for the fall recruiting season as well as allows students to work during the summer term, if desired.
    • Online: PRIME's fully online modality enables students to complete a one year masters program remotely. Students can continue to work while assisting their company to reimagine and redefine itself for the future or apply your expertise to help launch your own startup. If interested, on campus engagement is welcomed throughout the duration of the program.

The two required summer courses are delivered fully online and begin in summer 2023. For full-time on campus students, in person classes begin in the Fall term.

    Additional Resources

PRIME's dedicated space for students is equipped with the necessary infrastructure to carry out class assignments and projects. PRIME students also have access to the entire engineering user facilities, including the Brown Design Workshop, to create prototypes.
