- ISIS 540S: Technology and New Media Practice Students demonstrating prior mastery of ISIS 540S course content may petition the ISIS Director of Graduate Studies to substitute another ISIS graduate-level course for the ISIS 540S course requirement. The substituted course may not overlap with other Graduate Certificate course requirements (i.e., ISIS 650S or any of the 3 elective courses).
- ISIS 650S: Critical Studies in New Media
- Three elective courses from the approved elective course list . Electives must be from at least two different departments.
- One formal presentation as part of the ISIS Tech and New Media Speaker Series. Presentations will be coordinated through the ISIS Director of Graduate Studies and will be documented via an online website and presentation archive.
