1Requirements for admission to the Master's program in Reading Education are a Bachelor's Degree in Education and possess or be eligible for State of Florida professional teaching certificate, pass State of Florida Certification exams, and a 3.0 GPA or higher for the last 60 hours of upper-division coursework.Students are encouraged to meet all admission requirements prior to beginning the program; however, students may take a maximum of twelve (12) semester hours of course work applicable to the program prior to admission. Only courses with a grade of “B” or better taken prior to admission can be included.
