Kennesaw State University's Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science provides you with a truly interdisciplinary program drawing on faculty expertise and existing courses in the natural sciences, engineering technology, policy, and law.

This program prepares you to enter the industry, consulting, state agencies, or advanced professional programs in the environmental sciences. You will be able to assess and control pollutants, remedy and restore toxic sites, sustainable development, manage the conservation of natural resources, and conduct environmental research.

The Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science degree is an interdisciplinary degree where you can learn to support sustainable human development. You will be prepared to join local industries trying to increase sustainability/determine environmental impacts or join government and non-governmental organizations to protect communities.

First-Year Student Announcement:

First-year students applying to Kennesaw State University for the Summer, and Fall 2023 semesters may be admitted without an ACT or SAT score if they have a GPA of 3.2 or higher.
