About Bachelor of Soil & Water Sciences

Students in the Soil & Water Science program at Montana State gain a core foundation in the biological, chemical and physical sciences and how they affect two of the core resources on Earth: water and soil. Soil & Water Science students undergo advanced training in soil science and hydrology so that they might be able to apply their skills to land resource management, watershed management, pollution treatment and prevention, land rehabilitation bioremediation.

The Environmental Sciences major at Montana State offers four additional Options Within the Major: Environmental Sciences, Environmental Biology, Geospatial & Environmental Analysis and Land Rehabilitation.

Submit your transcripts. If you are applying as a freshman, please send us your high school transcript. If you are applying as a transfer student, please submit transcripts for all post-secondary coursework completed. Please be sure to send the front and back of your transcripts.
