The Minor in Feed Milling is designed to provide a foundation in animal feed milling technology. The objectives of the minor are for the student to: acquire an understanding of the functions of a modern feed mill; to learn procedures related to feed milling operations; and to apply academic skills to the challenges of managing a manufacturing facility.
