The Bachelor of Science in Cybersecurity program at the University of Cincinnati, prepares students to be qualified candidates in one of the fastest growing and rewarding careers in the Information and Cyber Security industry. Students will attain the knowledge by exploring, both, applied theories and the hands-on skillsets of software and hardware security tools to design secure systems and protect enterprise information and network assets. Furthermore, they will gain expertise in investigating computer related crimes and identifying the resources exploited by cybercriminals and terrorists. The curriculum will teach students to apply standards, models and best practices to solve real-world issues and draft security policies to resolve risks and threats of today's IT infrastructure.
