Pre-organizational leadership is an associate degree program that provides the basic curriculum needed for the first two years of a bachelor's degree in organizational leadership. The program provides students with skills and knowledge to perform as effective leaders within organizations and society, combining a liberal arts education and selective business subjects.

Organizational leadership students interested in pursuing a career in human resources (HR) are encouraged to take the HR track beginning in junior year.

UC Blue Ash College (UCBA) faculty advisers assist students in planning courses of study and in following transfer procedures to other colleges.
