Study Chinese Language and Literature at University of Georgia, a Bachelor degree offered at its main campus in Athens, United States of America. This Full Time program is delivered on campus in English and takes approximately 4 years to complete. Students benefit from a structured learning experience designed to build both theoretical knowledge and practical experience. The next intake is scheduled for August 16, 2027.
Students who wish to minor in a language of East and Southeast Asia, as opposed to majoring in Asian Languages and Literatures with a specific language focus, have 5 options to choose from.
In addition to minoring in Chinese, Japanese, and Korean, they may also achieve the Vietnamese minor or the Asian Languages and Literatures minor.

UGA supports two different application platforms for First-Year applications. Students should only submit one of these applications. We do not prefer any particular application platform, so please select the option that works best for you and your school counselor. While we are still members of the Coalition for College, we will not be accepting applications on that platform for students applying for Fall 2023.
