About Bachelor of Pre-Journalism

Pre-Journalism students are admitted to the Franklin College of Arts and Sciences where they are advised while satisfying requirements in order to apply to the Henry W. Grady College of Journalism or selecting an alternative major at the beginning of their junior year. Students who are admitted to Grady are advised there during their third and fourth years. Academic advising for Pre-Journalism students takes place in 106 New College and in Brumby, Russell, and Creswell residence halls. We do not prefer any particular application platform, so please select the option that works best for you and your school counselor.
