Interdisciplinary Minor

The minor draws faculty from a variety of disciplines, such as sociology, psychology, public health, recreation therapy, gerontology, and social work. It is designed for students with a general interest in aging and will help prepare them for careers that involve working with older adults.

Coursework encourages students to obtain field experience in local agencies serving older adults. Students should contact the coordinator for additional information.
