Eligible students will receive £600 or £1,000 per academic year depending on their household income (£100 of this amount may be received in the form of a resource card).
You will receive the maintenance (cash) element of your bursary in three instalments (you can use the money to reduce any of your expenses associated with studying).

How to Apply
The bursary is available to students who have achieved a qualification from Buxton and Leek College in the last three years and are progressing to full-time undergraduate study, paying a tuition fee of £9,250 (in the academic year 2020) at the University of Derby in Derby, Buxton or Chesterfield.
You do not need to make an application for the Buxton and Leek College Bursary. Entitlement is assessed automatically.
