Only candidates who have submitted a complete scholarship application and who meet the minimum academic conditions will be considered for the scholarships. The deadline for applications is 30th November 2023. Applications selected to receive a firm scholarship will be informed via email and must confirm that they accept the award within 7 calendar days. Applications selected for the Reserve List, and ultimately receive an offer, must confirm that they accept the award within 7 calendar days. A scholarship offer must be accepted by the given deadline. Where an offer of a scholarship is not accepted by the given deadline, it is automatically revoked unless otherwise agreed with the University. Applicants nominated for the scholarship, or placed on the Reserve List, may be asked to submit their full academic transcripts, and other supporting documents, before the Scholarship offer is confirmed. The scholarship will be awarded as a reduction in fees for overseas students commencing their studies in Academic Year 2023/24 and is available for one year only. Undergraduate students who progress onto level 5 and 6 of their bachelor's degree programme may be eligible for the automatic Undergraduate International Scholarship in the subsequent years of study, subject to the terms and conditions and availability of the award in subsequent years. The scholarship is only available in the year of study when the full overseas fee is charged. Any scholarship awarded should be displayed during a student's online enrolment, however if the University's Finance Office are aware, when processing the invoice (or afterwards), that they are not a self-funding student the Scholarship will be removed and standard overseas fees will apply.
