Additional Requirements
Applicants must be enrolled, or intending to enrol, at the University in a programme for one of the following degrees:
a. BA(Hons) in Art History, Art Theory, or Fine Arts
b. BFA(Hons)
c. MA in Art History, Art Theory, or Fine Arts
d. MFA
e. PhD in Art History, Art Theory, or Fine Arts
Recipients of the scholarship who are studying for a PhD must be enrolled full-time.
Tenure
1-3 years, depending on the category.
Number Available Annually: Approximately seven
Selection Process
In making the recommendations, the selection committee considers academic achievement.
If, in any year, there are fewer candidates of sufficient merit than there are scholarships available, fewer are awarded.
How to Apply
Applications must be made online at the Scholarships website by 1 November.
Applications from previous recipients are considered and are given equal consideration with applications from those who have not held the scholarship before.
