Successful scholarship recipients will receive an annual stipend of £1500 throughout their four-year undergraduate degree (an overall total of £6000) to help support living costs and receive additional support with graduation costs at the completion of their degree.

Common Good Scholarships are now open to new students commencing their first year of study in September 2023. All undergraduate students classified as home fee status.

Successful candidates are required to:

  • Provide a thank you letter for your donor
  • Provide a short end of academic year report to share your experiences and how this award has made a difference to you
  • Attend scholarship related events, hosted by GCU or your donor.
  • Make good academic progress each year of study.

Photography and quotes from scholarship recipients may be used in printed media and on University website/communications channels
