- be domiciled in one of the eligible countries: Afghanistan, Bahrain, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Palestine, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Syria, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, Yemen
- be classed as an 'overseas' student for tuition fee purposes
- hold an offer to begin any full-time undergraduate degree programme at the University of Nottingham in September 2023
