Established by Kenneth and Margo Ramsing, former University of Oregon faculty members who served as dean of the Graduate School and International Student Advisor, respectively. One scholarship of approximately $1000 may be awarded each year. New and continuing undergraduate international students may apply. To be eligible students must have a minimum 3.5 GPA
