1 scholarship for any incoming postgraduate student applying to follow a Master's at the School of Media, Arts and Humanities 48
-Scope: any incoming self-funding student with an offer to follow a postgraduate Master's programme at the School of Media, Arts and Humanities and holds a 2:1 Bachelor's degree or higher
-Funding: a £5000 tuition-fee waiver
-Duration: one-time waiver for full duration of programme
To be eligible for this scholarship, you must have accepted an offer of a full time place on a Masters in the School of Media, Arts and Humanities to start in September 2023.
You must also have, or expect to achieve, a First Class honours or 2.1 degree from a UK university, or equivalent degree from an overseas institution.

We are particularly interested in students focussing on areas of interest to Stuart Hall including Postcolonial and Diasporic Modernities Cultural Studies Race, Ethnicity and Visual Cultures Radical Thinking on the Left.
Preference will be given to applicants from underrepresented or disadvantaged backgrounds who intend to pursue a doctoral degree, as they would benefit from from the Stuart Hall Foundation's Scholars and Fellows Network, which provides acces to resources and opportunities that aim to help members develop their career and research profile.
