Applicants must be currently engaged, or intending to engage, in a project comprising a single thesis, dissertation, research project, creative work, or performance with a credit weighting in the range 90-120 points, towards a research master's degree at the University.
Tenure: The scholarship is tenable for the period necessary to complete up to 120 points of enrolment in a qualifying project.
Applicable enrolment during tenure: The scholarship is tenable by full-time and part-time students engaged in a project comprising a single thesis, dissertation, research project, creative work, or performance, with a credit weighting in the range 90-120 points, towards a master's degree at the University.
Selection Process
1 In making the recommendations, the selection committee considers academic achievement. Preference is given to those working towards their first master's degree.
If, in any year, there are fewer candidates of sufficient merit than there are scholarships available, then fewer are offered.
How to Apply
The scholarship is awarded in two rounds each year. Applications must be made online at the Scholarships website by 15 May or by 15 October.
