Additional Requirements
To be eligible for the scholarship you must:
- be classed as an international student for fee-paying purposes
- be self-financed and not in receipt of non-repayable funding from alternative sources
- be holding an offer for an eligible undergraduate degree commencing in September 2023 at the point of submitting a scholarship application
- be able to evidence that you meet all entry requirements of your chosen course, including English language requirements by the required UCAS deadline
Eligible courses
All three-year full-time undergraduate programmes are included in the scholarship scheme.
Four and five-year programmes, which include but are not limited to MBBCh Medicine, BDS Dental Surgery and MPharm Pharmacy are excluded from the scheme.
Four-year programmes such as those which include a placement abroad or a year in the industry are also excluded.

To apply for the scholarship, you must be holding an offer to study at Cardiff University on an eligible programme and submit a completed application for the scholarship.
All eligible offer holders will be contacted by email with details of how to access the application form.
