1 have completed NCEA Level 3 with University Entrance, at a high school in New Zealand 1.2 be applying to enrol full-time (120 points) for the first time in an undergraduate degree programme at the University of Waikato 1.3 Candidates who are taking ONE 'gap year' in the year of application may also be considered provided they have achieved NCEA Level 3, or equivalent1 , in the year prior and have not commenced or completed another tertiary qualification during this gap year.
