Additional Requirements

International applicants who are holding offers for selected undergraduate programmes will automatically be considered for a Vice-Chancellor's Scholarship of £2,000.

Applicants domiciled in the following countries are automatically eligible for an enhanced scholarship of £5,000: Bangladesh, Jordan, Kenya, Lebanon, Nigeria, and Pakistan.

Selection Process

Qualifying recipients of the scholarship will receive the award in the form of a tuition fee discount. No cash alternative is available and the award cannot be used in place of any required deposit.

The scholarship is for full-time students who will be based on the Cardiff campus and start their studies in September. The award cannot be used for any other year of entry.

Only self-funding international students are eligible and you must be confirmed as an overseas student for fee paying purposes. The scholarship is not open to students who are in receipt of funding from external bodies such as local Government, charities or private organisations.

How to Apply

No separate application for the scholarship is required. If you are holding an offer for an eligible programme and meet the criteria as set out in these terms & conditions, you will automatically be awarded the Vice-Chancellor's International Scholarship upon enrolment.
