Lancaster University is a campus university located in North West England, 3 hours by train from London, Glasgow and Edinburgh. It has an excellent reputation for both research and teaching. It is ranked joint 8th out of 150 British institutions for the quality of its research. The presence of international students is regarded as an important feature of the university, adding to the diversity of experience for all students and staff.
