About
General English is a customisable course. It has a weekly enrolment so you can choose how long you study, and our afternoon modules let you choose between 15, 20 or 25 hours of study per week.
Develop an understanding of business theory and develop useful skills that will sharpen your approach to business.
You will explore core principals across a range of topics, like business management, entrepreneurship, motivating and managing people or marketing – calling on real-life examples and case studies of businesses to support your learning. You will also gain insights from regularly hosted business talks with local entrepreneurs and businesses, and visit cross-sector businesses in the local area.
Recent destinations includeL the Bank of England, Chelsea Football Club, BBC Studios, Cambridge Tourist Board and Aston Martin.
When you have specific areas you find particularly challenging in your language learning, having 1-to-1 support and tuition from a dedicated teacher can be very beneficial.
Together, you and your tutor will identify specific language areas and skills to improve and create a bespoke study plan, using suitable learning materials for the focus you have chosen.
Our 1-to-1 tuition are highly flexible and responsive, so you are in full control of how you would like to plan these in to your overall learning experience.
