    About

    The philosophy and primary aim of the BSc programme International Forest Ecosystem Management (IFEM) is to provide students with a robust scientific understanding of the principles and practice involved in global forest ecosystem management. To meet the expectations of both students and prospective employers, the staff draws on a wide range of expertise in forest ecosystem ecology and management as well as related socio-economic studies. To complement the theoretical aspects of the programme, students are trained in sector-related competency skills with the intention of providing the necessary experience to effectively meet the requirements of employers.
