About Angelo State University in United States of America
Established in 1969, Angelo State University is a public university located in Aberdeen, United States of America.With a broad range of degree programs, it offers a unique academic and culturally immersive experience for international students.
After an unsuccessful 1923 bid to be selected as the home of Texas Technological College, the residents of San Angelo decided they would create their own college, even if they had to pay for it themselves. Funded by local contributions and a self-imposed county tax, San Angelo Junior College opened its doors in 1928 on North Oakes Street near downtown San Angelo.
In addition to identifying our values, we also wrote a definition and a list of desired behaviors for each value.
After the summit, the entire Ram Family was invited to participate in town halls. This allowed everyone to continue the work produced at the summit, and helped us establish a collective values-based culture at Angelo State.
