    About The University of the Highlands and Islands in UK

    Established in 1992, The University of the Highlands and Islands is a public university located in Aberdeen, United Kingdom.With a broad range of degree programs, it offers a unique academic and culturally immersive experience for international students.

    Based in the Highlands and Islands of Scotland, our distinctive partnership of 13 independent colleges and research institutions is locally based and rooted in communities, but with national and international reach, as part of a regional university structure.

    Harper Adams currently has more than 4,000 students, with about 2,600 students on undergraduate and postgraduate awards, a number which is growing year on year.
    All teaching and research falls under the following departments:
