About University of the Fraser Valley in Canada

Located in Abbotsford, Canada, University of the Fraser Valley is a public university that began its academic journey in 1974. The university is known for its focus on developing the academic and professional skills of its students. The university's academic offering comprises 118 programs at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels across multiple fields. Furthermore, the university offers an integrated student experience that combines academic study with social and cultural activities.

Located in the beautiful Fraser Valley just east of Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, the University of the Fraser Valley (UFV) is a fully accredited, public university that enrolls approximately 15,000 students per year. UFV has campuses and locations in Abbotsford, Chilliwack, Mission, and Hope, and a growing presence in Chandigarh, India.

UFV is large enough to offer variety, and yet small class sizes allow you to get to know your instructors and learn in a hands-on environment. We offer more than 100 programs, including three master’s degrees, 17 bachelor’s degrees with majors, minors, and extended minors in more than 35 subject areas, four graduate certificates, and more than a dozen trades and technology programs.
