Overview Experiment-oriented courses held in cutting-edge facilities to promote fundamental research ability and problem-solving skills.The Nano Science and Engineering (NSE) major from Yonsei University meets the educational needs for various nano-related fields such as, semiconductors, displays, nanomaterials, photonics, nano-bio, and nano-electronics. Students interested in innovative solutions to the tech world’s major challenges are best suited for this demanding program. Education in the NSE major will lead students to the forefront of the global nanotechnology industry.CareersNanotechnology will be the engine of new growth in the coming century; therefore, our NSE students will be eligible for a broad range of career paths. Since nanotechnology is essential for advanced technologies in an array of sectors-such as displays, semiconductors, chemicals, materials, bio, energy and IT electronics-students have the opportunity to work for large domestic and international institutions, both public and private.
