نبذة

Overview Both the English and the Turkish Program of the Public Relations and Advertising Department at Eastern Mediterranean University has 41 courses (122 credits). These courses are as follows: 5 faculty core courses, 3 university core courses, 3 university electives, 23 area core courses and 7 area electives. The area elective courses offered to the Public Relations and Advertising students will give them the opportunity to specialize in their particular field of interest. This could be the brand management, marketing communication, strategic communication, corporate communication, public relations, advertising and digital advertising. In the Department both PR field and Advertising field are equally important and the students should have adequate knowledge about both fields. The area elective courses are offered from the 5th semester onwards.Career OpportunitiesMany students who graduate from Public Relation and Advertising department have position in Cyprus, Turkey and also in many other international countries in a high quality public relations and advertising companies, in public relation and advertisement departments of private and public sector in promotion and research departments of companies. Public Relations and Advertising Department at Eastern Mediterranean University has two programs. Students have the right to choose either the English program or the Turkish one.
