General English - Classic Afternoon - Dublin - English
About
The General English programme develops your English language and communication skills, giving you the confidence and ability to function in everyday situations. Through a communicative approach, you will practise your listening, speaking, reading and writing skills. There are also many opportunities to learn these skills in a variety of ‘real-life’ situations. You will also be able to improve your pronunciation and develop your grammar and vocabulary range.
English Path offers six levels of General English from Beginner to Advanced. Our Beginner level class accepts students with very little exposure to English. Lower level students may also choose to increase their progress by taking additional 1-1 classes. In contrast, our Advanced General English class is for students with high level communicative skills. Some students may consider an 'Intensive 40' course or a 'Semi intensive 25' course to accelerate their learning or go on to study an examination preparation course. For those students who would like more time to explore the city in which they’re studying, we recommend the 'Classic 20' or 'Semi-intensive 25' course.

Our English Path in Dublin, with a rich cultural tradition and fascinating history, is an excellent place to live and study. As the home and setting for some of the most famous writers, novelists, and poets in European history, including Jonathan Swift, George Bernard Shaw, and Oscar Wilde, the Irish city is an inspiring place for everyone to learn English.
Our Dublin school is based just outside the city centre, in the beautiful coastal suburb of Dún Laoghaire. An area popular for sunny strolls along the pier and fishing on the harbour, Dún Laoghaire is a peaceful and pretty town as well as a great location for students who want to learn and experience authentic Irish culture in a calm yet unique setting.
