Summary
The Atomic Cluster Expansion (ACE) is a powerful framework used to learn the properties of many-body systems in physics at the atomic and molecular level.
This project would focus on developing and improving ACE framework machine learning models to predict and analyse complex interactions arising in physical, chemical or biological systems, according to individual student interest.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in programming or scientific computing / applied mathematics. Individual projects can be focused on software or mathematical study or both.
