The Bachelor of Science in Applied Biotechnology with an emphasis in Food and Beverage Fermentation has applications in many fields, such as dairy processing, beer brewing, and wine making. With this major and emphasis, graduating students are prepared for careers where interdisciplinary teams develop new or improved products in the food and beverage industry and monitor product quality and safety in food production facilities.
