The role of the coach in the coaching sessions is to help the team define their objectives and action plans in relation to their business activities and personal development and to support students to take ownership of the learning required to achieve them.

In addition to team coaching sessions, students will also engage in personal tutorials with their coach throughout each year.  These sessions focus on personal development and provide the opportunity to discuss and address issues related to academic performance, engagement and progress.
