    Learn practical skills by designing and developing new food products. Your products will be commercially relevant and conform to relevant regulations. Our course uses real-world case studies which will equip you with the food safety auditing skills needed for the workplace. You'll have the opportunity to gain professional experience through work-based placements. T

    his course is designed to cover both the research and development and food safety operational needs of the food industry. This is very beneficial in bridging the gap between safe food production and product innovation.

    4-year Degree from Government University / Recognised Private University GPA 2.5/4 (C+) (Above Average) on the 4 point scale or 3/5 (70-75%) (C) (Good+) on the 5 point scale

    Associate Degree AND2-year Degree from Government University / Recognised Private University GPA 2.5/4 (C+) (Above Average) on the 4 point scale or 3/5 (70-75%) (C) (Good+) on the 5 point scale

    English Program Requirements

  • IELTS 6.0 (with no component below 5.5) or equivalent UKVI Secure English Language Test.

    Many of our graduates go on to pursue managerial or supervisory roles in technical, quality control and assurance activities within the food supply chain. We have graduates working at international and local food production companies, logistics, storage and distribution, retailers, and hospitality.

    Others worked for local food safety authorities or have progressed to work for national or international food authorities. Our graduates working in health, protection and regulatory affairs are regulating and monitoring the production, processing, distribution, sale and import of food to ensure the safety of our food supply chain.

    We also have a remarkable network of committed food safety educators in Africa, Asia, Central America, Europe, and the United Kingdom.
