    Deepen your knowledge and undertake mathematics-based research in a multidisciplinary environment. Tackle challenges facing the future of aviation, aerospace and space with the Master of Applied Mathematics Collaborative Aeronautics program.

    At North America’s only dedicated Faculty of Mathematics and the #1 school in Canada for mathematics and computer science, you’ll connect theoretical advances and innovative mathematics to develop novel solutions to the pressing problems facing today’s world.

    Through a combination of coursework and research projects, you’ll learn cutting-edge applications of mathematical theory in a broad range of fundamental and applied sciences. Along with developing expertise in your area of mathematics research, you’ll complete aeronautical training with Collaborative Aeronautics Program students from other fields, strengthening your interdisciplinary skills to apply your research towards impactful solutions.

    Requirements

    Entry Requirements

    • An overall 78% average or its equivalent for undergraduate work.
    • A four-year honours bachelor's degree with a specialization in mathematics, or in science or engineering with a strong concentration in mathematics.
    • Students who have a strong academic record but who have some gaps in their applied mathematics background may be admitted subject to the requirement that they complete a selection of fourth year undergraduate courses as part of their graduate program.
