Artificial Intelligence & Data Science (with Foundation Year), BSc (Hons)

Our Artificial Intelligence and Data Science foundation year will equip you with the computing and data skills you need for your degree.

Learn about software development, including design, implementation, testing and debugging. Improve your programming skills, as you develop software to meet a specification. You'll apply agile programming techniques to your work.

You will learn about computer problem-solving, with a focus on IT problems. You will become aware of security threats and how to deal with them.

You'll also gain important study skills. This includes managing your studies, academic writing and mathematics. This will prepare you for study at degree level.

Once you've successfully completed the foundation year, you'll be able to progress onto our Artificial Intelligence and Data Science BSc (Hons) degree. You’ll study the vast applications of artificial intelligence and data science. You'll build a knowledge base that you can explore further and grow, putting you in an exciting position for your future career.

Successful completion of on year of appropriate study at a recognised KSA university with a GPA 2.5/5 (65-69%)
