    What is an Associate Degree in International Hotel and Resort Management?

    An Associate Degree in International Hotel and Resort Management sets you up for a vibrant career managing global hotels and resorts. This course includes paid industry placements with international restaurant and hospitality organisations.
    You will reside on-site for two six-month periods at our Leura campus in the Blue Mountains, deeply immersed in the practical aspects of hotel management. This degree can serve either as the first two years towards a bachelor’s degree or as a standalone qualification.

    Academic IELTS 6.0 or equivalent.
