Big data has the ability to provide lawyers with powerful tools to make effective decision making in their practice. Imagine being able to make predictions about the likely outcome of a case based on past decisions using predictive analytics. The benefits of the dual degree are both lawyers and data scientists share similar attributes including practising scheduled and systematic approaches, high-level critical thinking, as well as the desire to strive for objective truth.

This degree will equip you with the skills to understand the data and give you the knowledge of the legal context and guidelines in which to use these numbers and prepare you to be a 21st degree lawyer and actuary.
