This course can turn you into a business-ready graduate, with special knowledge and skills in tourism, food and beverage, sales and marketing, innovation, human resources, communication and IT. And you’ll acquire real-world experience thanks to the six month professional internship at home or abroad.

This course was developed in partnership with industry representative associations and leading practitioners from the food, leisure and business tourism sectors. You’ll study a range of business and cultural topics and develop essential business skills in tourism, sales and marketing, enterprise, human resources, IT, teamwork and problem-solving.

One of our core pathways is all about your personal development, creating your core competencies to enable you to flourish in a service innovation-based economy. You can choose to study a language or, if you prefer, another exciting business-related module. Our aim is to turn you into a business-ready graduate, dynamic, resourceful, multi-skilled, culturally sensitive and internationally aware.

If English is not your first language you will need to provide evidence of your English language proficiency as detailed on our website. Applicants for this course should have a minimum IELTS (Academic Version) English Proficiency of 6 overall (or equivalent) with nothing less than 5.5 in each component.
