    This course aims to provide students with the knowledge, competencies and values necessary to develop critical, analytical and evaluative skills essential for a fulfilling and effective career in business, while at the same time providing an opportunity to acquire knowledge and understanding of another language and culture.

In both instances, you’ll work on a real-world challenge presented by an industry partner organisation – partners who often create career pathways for our graduates. * Excludes students concurrently enrolled in the Bachelor of Creative Intelligence and Innovation.

    Applicants must have completed an Australian Year 12 qualification, Australian Qualifications Framework Diploma, or equivalent Australian or overseas qualification at the required level.

    Admission to the combined degree is on merit according to the admissions selection criteria for the Bachelor of Business (C10026). There is a range of entry levels to the various language and culture programs.

    The English proficiency requirement for international students or local applicants with international qualifications is: IELTS Academic: 6.5 overall with a writing score of 6.0; or TOEFL iBT: 79-93 overall with a writing score of 21; or AE5: Pass; or PTE: 58-64 with a writing score of 50; or C1A/C2P: 176-184 with a writing score of 169.

    Eligibility for admission does not guarantee offer of a place.

    International students

    Visa requirement: To obtain a student visa to study in Australia, international students must enrol full time and on campus. Australian student visa regulations also require international students studying on student visas to complete the course within the standard full-time duration. Students can extend their courses only in exceptional circumstances.

    This course provides the knowledge, competencies and values necessary to develop critical, analytical and evaluative skills essential for a fulfilling and effective career in business, while at the same time providing an opportunity to acquire knowledge and understanding of another language and culture.

    You must complete 240 credit points of study, comprising 144 credit points relating to Business and 96 credit points relating to International Studies.

    In the Bachelor of Business degree, you'll complete a number of core business subjects including Business and Social Impact, Marketing and Customer Value and People and Organisations. This will build your vital capabilities and grant you a broad understanding of the way modern organisations work.

    You'll then commence studies towards your chosen major. Your major choice represents your specialised learning path and will likely influence your future career. You can choose from the following Majors:
